After we brainstorm, we come up with a concept sketch to confirm the design path to be taken. The customer gets to have a preview of the design before we start to ensure the route we’re taken is the one that they want to take.

After, we move on to a scaled design where customers get to see first hand how the units are going to look in their home. We adjust the design to customers desires and needs.
